Beyond impressive. Top tier quality and support!
So I went ahead and purchased this pistol from Dead Crow Defense LLC. I was not immediately a fan of my decision because the processing time was a little longer than I would have liked. Maybe I'm too used to Amazon shipping metrics.. anyway, Avery (the owner) and I chatted about it, 5 to 7 days not a bad turn around time when you think about all that has to go into a transaction from a legal perspective. In addition, they have committed to making some updates to their internal policies that will streamline future transactions. Good to see a business that's willing to see where they're coming up a little short and quickly adapt. So the firearm ships to the FFL that I chose and failed to properly vet. This is my first online transaction, I usually just walk up and buy in person. Now, the seller has done their part and really could have just left me to my own vices. However I encountered an issue with the FFL not wanting to make the transaction due to a minor invoice discrepancy and my ID. They did not want to work with me or the seller, they were just gonna send the firearm back and say screw us both. I called Avery and filled him in, he IMMEDIATELY spring into action! He called the FFL, and went as far as involving the local PD, in my state, thousands of miles away. This happened at the end of a business day, but he stuck with it, and picked it up promptly the next day from a different timezone no less. Eventually he got them to accept an updated invoice and complete the transfer. Way better than me having to get into a confrontation at a gun store and likely being escorted away empty handed! I learned a lot about a man that I never met in a few hours. The product was pristine, as described, and packaged securely. The post sales support was unlike ANYTHING I have ever seen! The term "earn your business" is often thrown around these days. Dead Crow Defense has not only earned my business, but they earned my respect. I cannot recommend their products and support enough. I will be passing the word along and I look forward to future transactions! TLDR: If you're on the fence, make the purchase. You won't regret it. Great product, as described, professionally shipped. THIS IS NOT A GEAR UP BUNDLE! You will receive the extra frame but then you have to register with Springfield for them to send you the extra mags, red dot, and range bag. I say again, this is not actually a gear up bundle. Dead Crow is not giving you all this stuff. You will receive the extra extra frame, but everything else comes from Springfield in 8-12 weeeks after you register the serial number.

Damn those Reddit deal! New echelon is arriving today for pickup. The deal was too good to pass up. I can still leave a review as I already own one lol. Great pistol for the price. Told my wife she’s getting a free makeup bag with it. She somehow failed to share in my excitement. The ordering process was simple. I didn’t have to do anything but pay. Shipping was fast. Icing on the cake would be some cool dead crow stickers. I would def buy from dead crow again.
