RETURNS:

We have a 30-day return policy, on all items *EXCEPT AMMUNITION, FIREARMS, AND FIREARMS PARTS INCLUDING ANY PART THAT CAN BE INSTALLED ON ANY FIREARM* which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@deadcrowdefense.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CANCELLED ORDERS:

Any order may be cancelled at the customers request prior to fulfillment (our fulfillment times typically occur within 2-4 hours after order placement. In some instances even sooner.) Customers whom have canceled their non-FFL order prior to fulfillment will receive a full refund for the items purchased excluding shipping costs. Cancelled FFL Orders (including Ammunition to CA) incur a 25% Restocking Fee. 


DAMAGES AND ISSUES: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like AMMUNITION, FIREARMS, and FIREARMS PARTS , custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom order items, or gift cards. Custom Order items are anything that a sales rep had to order specifically by your request. We cannot accept a return on your Red Anodized AR-15 safety selector because 1) nobody else wants that and 2) that's why we didn't stock it in the first place.

 

EXCHANGES:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Customers whom have canceled their non-firearm order prior to fulfillment will receive a full refund for the items purchased excluding shipping costs.  Cancelled Firearm Orders incur a 25% Restocking Fee.

 

SUBSTANTIAL ORDERS:

At the discretion of Dead Crow Defense Sales Staff, Orders that are substantial in monetary value may be withheld from the fulfillment process until funds have settled from the purchasers financial institution. This process typically takes 1-2 business days. In some cases, to prevent fraudulent activity, Photo ID may be requested to fulfill your order. This prevents someone buying something with your credit/debit card and shipping it to their home instead of yours.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

Free Shipping Service Type is left to the discretion of Sales Staff. This will typically be UPS Ground for all orders with the exception of Handguns which ship 2nd Day Air, per Federal Law. Orders utilizing free shipping will be insured by Dead Crow Defense at no additional cost to customers.
